No, prices shown in the shopping area do not include GST or freight, GST is calculated at the end of the order and freight is calculated & added when the order is received by our office to add to a pro-forma invoice or when the order is sent out depending on the terms.

There is no minimum, but please remember that freight cost per piece is much more expensive for small orders and a packaging fee may apply. Freight is much more cost effective for amounts over $500-$700.

We use TNT, Toll or Borders Express for our courier services- whichever gives the best value to your location and add only the freight cost for your order without any extra charges. Please note that residential addresses attract at least an extra $5 freight charge. We have quite good rates to send all over Australia at a reasonable cost and will do whatever possible to reduce the freight cost and give discounts on large orders and to more remote areas. Freight charges are calculated on the cubic measurement, weight and destination of the order.

They are fully painted coated with a lacquer and fine for occasional contact with water but may fade in direct sunlight, so we recommend a covered area for outdoor display.

For new customers all first orders are on a pro-forma basis, you can then fill out and sign our account application form to apply for 30 day terms. No orders will be supplied to overdue accounts until such time as the account is brought up to date.
